Alex Bardin is a managing partner at AlpinumLaw. His professional practice is focused on advising Swiss and international start-ups, established corporations, and investors in the area of new technologies. Alex is particularly experienced in regulatory matters related to blockchain technology, corporate law, international transactions, and business immigration.
Alex holds a Master of Law (LL.M.) degree from Harvard Law School, as well as Bachelor of Law and Master of Law degrees from the University of Zurich. During his studies, he also completed an exchange program at the University of Hong Kong. At Harvard, he served as a Submissions Editor at the Harvard Business Law Review and as a Vice-president of the Harvard International Arbitration Law Students Association. He further acted as Mediator at the Harvard Mediation Program. Alex is admitted to the New York State Bar. Previously in his career, he used to work at renowned international commercial law firms in Zurich and acted as an advisor to various start-ups in Europe and in the US.
