Arielle Dubois is a Legal Consultant at AlpinumLaw. Her professional practice is focused on the legal matters relating to the art market including NFTs, corporate law, contract law, estate planning, and foundations law. In addition, Arielle advises Swiss and international start-ups and investors in the area of corporate law and in the legal aspects relating to Web3 and blockchain.
Arielle holds a Master's degree in Economic Law summa cum laude from the University of Geneva (2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Law magna cum laude from the University of Lausanne. She holds a Lawyers Specialization Certificate delivered in 2020 by the University of Geneva and is currently preparing her Geneva bar exam. She completed her lawyer traineeship in a business and tax boutique law firm in Geneva.
Arielle studied history of art at the Courtauld Institute of Art in London. She worked in the art market in Europe (London, Berlin, Luxembourg) in art galleries, auction houses and at the European Investment Bank. Today, she is the co-founder and director of Arie Art Agency, an art advisory based in Geneva dedicated to contemporary art.
